Times Higher Education still changes the rules: a little help at Oxford and Cambridge? And the Italian?

    I can not tolerate this!! Im gonna let my country's people know this truth. This is insane. Two british education consulting firms are playing with the whole world. We need to reveal the truth and stop this kind of british jokes and british council!!

    At least it shows the exact rank of institution instead of huge groups like 401-500, 601-800 which do not give any useful information for stakeholders.

    and what about USNEWS world ranking and URAP (from Turkey ) and one from national taiwan university. It seems these three are more robust and meaningful than those THE, QS and ARWU in academic but have less/no media attention.
